Employees can log in to their employee account, using any smart phone, home phone, PC, Mac or mobile device. The device they are using automatically becomes their office phone extension. When employees are in various parts of the world, they can call any co-worker extension, anywhere, anytime, toll free. Employees can always access, enter and retrieve every office system and every piece of information they need, without ever having to be at the office. PantraNet lets you manage your system from anywhere. Whether it is provisioning and managing branch office employees, or individuals that you want to have working from home, you can control your PantraNet system from anywhere.

Only PantraNet possesses the unique new ability to converge the organization of people, email, paper documents and financial transactions, into a seamless legal practise management system. Within this unique system, your authorized employees create secure Client folders into which unlimited Client-matter folders can be nested. Now you can group documents, file your email and associate people with each Client and Matter folder that you create. PantraNet lets you profile your Clients and Matters and aggregate a chronology of team comments to each client and matter folder. Our profile system makes it easy to manage which team members can access information relevant to their role, from within each Client-matter folder.

PantraNet lets people organize and share email within your client-matter structure. Users can attach comments to emails and share comments with team members. Email can be shared with coworkers by ‘granting them access’ to email. This eliminates forwarding copies of email. Granting access to an email, places a sharing email into your coworkers inbox.

Trust accounting
PantraNet makes trust accounting a breeze. Our integrated financial system lets users target expenses and revenue to specific client-matters. Our timesheet, time docketing and expense reporting systems, give users real-time reports of their financial performance by each Client and Matter undertaken. PantraNet structures invoice, revenue and payment transactions, to make client trust reporting as easy as a button click.

Included with PantraNet is a secure document exchange portal where employees, clients and third party counsel, can exchange and annotate documents of the most confidential nature, over the internet. Our profiling system lets users attach ‘comments’ to any record or folder in the system, and have that comment sent to others involved with the document. As users share a document and annotate it with comments, the system aggregates a chronological record of comments that can be reviewed at any time. Everyones’ comments are in one place, instead of each team member individually organizing multiple emails and documents. Our unique method of aggregating comments and attaching them to the subject matter is vastly more efficient than each team member exchanging and assimilating multiple emails about other emails and documents.
