OVERVIEW

Any field of information that anyone has entered in your PantraNet Enterprise system can be queried. PantraNet allows search request to be delivered live or be prepared as a scheduled report.

Any users with the proper privileges can request real time reports or scheduled reports such as financial reports, CRM reports, case related reports, communications (Email, Voice Mail and SMS) related reports, inventory related reports, and payroll related reports and much more.

PantraNet with enterprise capabilities makes it possible to ask for enterprise level reports. Some of these reports are:

  • List of all emails I have sent to or received from a colleague.
  • List of all emails I have sent to or received from a company or someone working for a company.
  • List of all emails anyone from our company ever sent to or received from a company or someone working for a company.

When you are using PantraNet enterprise system, number of reports that you can ask for are almost limitless. Reports are adjustable as business rules are changed. The example would be Taxes and affect they may have on reports. PantraNet provides a dynamic way of asking for reports at company level, individual divisions or branches within a division.

You will be able to choose to display the result on the screen or exported in different formats such as Print, Comma Separated Values (CSV), Excel Spreadsheet or XML.
